Do you provide care in your home?

No. All services are provided in your cat’s home.

Catz Only specializes in in-home care to keep your cat comfortable, calm, and in their familiar environment.

What is in-home boarding?

In-home boarding means extended care visits in your cat’s home while you’re away. Your cat remains in their own space, and visits are structured around their normal routine for minimal disruption.

Do you only offer in-home boarding service?

No. We do drop-ins and emergency visits as well.

How often are visits scheduled?

Visit frequency is customized based on your cat’s needs.

Most clients choose:

• Once daily visits

• Twice daily visits

• Extended care for longer coverage

We’ll discuss what works best during your meet & greet.

Do you administer medication?

Yes, when clear instructions are provided.

Oral medications and topical treatments are supported. If your cat requires specialized medical care, we’ll discuss details during consultation to ensure it’s a good fit.

What is the Kitty Cab service?

Kitty Cab provides safe transportation to and from:

• Veterinary appointments

• Grooming visits

• Medical follow-ups

This service is designed for busy professionals who need dependable support during work hours.

How do I get started?

All new clients begin with a meet & greet.

This allows us to review your cat’s routine, preferences, medical needs, and home access instructions before booking services.

You can schedule your consultation directly through our calendar.

Will I receive updates while I’m away?

Yes. You’ll receive photo updates and visit summaries so you can feel confident your cat is safe and comfortable.

What happens in case of an emergency?

If your cat becomes ill or injured, you will be contacted immediately.

If you are unreachable and urgent care is required, Catz Only is authorized to transport your cat to your designated veterinary clinic. All veterinary expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

When availability allows, yes.

A convenience fee applies for bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice of service start.

What is your cancellation policy?

• 7+ days before service: Full refund of deposit (in-home boarding)

• 3–6 days: 50% of deposit retained

• Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable

• Daily visits are non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice

This allows us to reserve time exclusively for your cat.

Do you care for dogs or other pets?

No. Catz Only is exclusively focused on cats.
